Monali is an architect by profession and she has also done the post-graduate diploma in “Sustainable Management of Natural Resources & Nature Conservation” from Ecological Society.

Her expertise is Bird identification, restoration and plantation work. She regularly conducts workshops on birds, butterflies, biodiversity.

She is working with Vasundhara Abhiyan, Baner for restoration of Baner hill, Pune.
